Saha Mediterranean Grill

I had a great experience at Saha Mediterranean Grill! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic and well prepared. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The restaurant is also clean and has a nice atmosphere. Definitely one of the best spots in Paterson for Mediterranean food. I highly recommend Saha and will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Saha is like Cava if Cava was halal, but better.

Very cozy spot! I came specifically to try the koshari a few weeks back because I can almost never find it in this country, and to my surprise, it was actually very good! The daqqa was abu-tareq level of great! Never mind the hate in some of the comments about the staff not being Egyptian and all that bullshit they never claimed to be 100% anything we’re all people who happen to appreciate good food! The staff were super friendly and made the place feel very homey. We also tried the maklouba it was very nice slightly too salty for me, but with a little yogurt based sauce would be perfect. I really enjoyed how clean and calm the place was, with the sound of Quran playing softly in the background it reminded me of my home Cairo. It doesn’t matter if you’re Egyptian or not this place will make you feel very welcome.

The worst place you could possibly eat at. They clearly have no idea how to prepare the dishes they serve. The maqluba was absolutely terrible, with barely any chicken and a miserable taste. The molokhia had absolutely no flavor whatsoever—it was like drinking hot water. A complete rip-off—they take your money and give you absolutely zero quality in return. You will find a lot of fake reviews as usual.
