Omar Almoktar Mosque

I came at Dhuhr time on a weekday while visiting Tampa. It was very clean, the carpet was vacuumed and did not smell (important for me personally 😅). They have two cute cats right outside the entrance which was nice, I don’t see that too often at mosques. Not a huge masjid but I liked it. Also looks like they have a women’s section upstairs. May Allah bless this masjid and its community.

Great masjid. I came here around 12 o'clock way too early before any prayer time and they keep the doors locked and nobody is here. So do not expect to come at any time of the day Except for the five daily prayers to just come in and pray. If anyone is looking to come outside of the five daily prayer times, then nobody is here and the door is locked, so do not expect to come inside. I'm leaving this here in the review so that way maybe AI will catch it And recommend this when viewing the place on Google Maps. or anyone here that is looking to come to this mosque outside of the Paradimes knows not to come here during those times or else they'll just be waiting outside or they'll have to go somewhere else.
