I was disappointed with my overall experience at this restaurant. My first visit was at around 9:00 a.m. because I wanted to try their breakfast menu. Google showed that the restaurant was open, but when I arrived, it was closed. I decided to give them another chance and visited again in the evening. There was only one woman working in the kitchen. When I asked about the menu, she told me that almost everything was finished and that only chicken biryani was available. Since I was very hungry, I ordered it. To be fair, the chicken biryani was actually quite good. On my third visit, around 2:00 p.m., a young man was working there. He told me the kitchen was not ready yet while another person was inside cleaning. I found it strange that nothing on the menu was available at that time of day, except, once again, the chicken biryani. He was polite and served me the biryani, which was good. I even asked for his WhatsApp number so I could place an order before coming in the future. A few days later, I placed an order through WhatsApp. When I arrived to pick it up, I could hear the owner shouting from the dining area, complaining about the size of a paratha that had been prepared. When it was time to pay, he charged me more than the menu price. I pointed out that the menu listed the paratha at 120 lira, but he replied that they had made it bigger, so the price was higher. I found that explanation unprofessional, especially since I had not requested a larger portion and was not informed of any price change beforehand. While the chicken biryani was consistently good, the restaurant’s management, lack of menu availability, inconsistent operating hours, and unexpected price increases left a negative impression. Running a restaurant requires professionalism, clear communication, and transparent pricing, and unfortunately, my experience fell short in those areas. For hygiene reasons, please ensure the washroom door remains closed to prevent flies from moving between the restroom and the kitchen.
